CrossFit Fairfax is a community-driven fitness facility with a variety of programs to fit your needs – everything from Getting Started beginner’s classes to Booty Camp to Olympic Lifting training. Each class includes a general warm up, movement instruction, scaling options, cool down, and some accessory work. The WOD (Workout of the Day) is the main portion of the class, which can be scaled or modified to each athlete’s level.
Drop-in classes are normally $20 each, however there are several memberships with unlimited training and open gym access. The facility also has one-on-one personal training, which provides focused individual guidance and coaching tailored to your needs and goals. New students can enjoy a free trial class with the other members of CrossFit Fairfax. This is a great way to see the class flow, movements, and meet other members of the community.
